Hard-lines & Veils

Before you play a session I need to know what topics are going to make sessions not fun for you, so that I can avoid them. Hard line topics are what the group doesn’t want in sessions at all. Veiled topics are ones that we’re OK referencing abstractly, but not described fully.

If you don't select an option for a topic, I'm going to assume your answer is “I’m good with it.” If you submit all blank answers I will assume that you’re good with anything and everything.

  • I’m good with it means: I am Good with you describing this fully. Bring it on!

  • Veiled is OK means: I don’t necessarily like this but, this is OK to be in a session if it is “veiled” or offstage; might be okay onstage but requires discussion ahead of time; uncertain.

  • NO! Hard Line means: “do not include this topic in sessions at all.”

Topics that are now group “Hard-lines” and that I have removed from the list of choices.

  • Harm to children or animals.

  • Real-world religion.

  • Homophobia.

  • Explicit sex scenes.

  • Sexual assault.

  • Pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion.

Topics that have been specifically requested to be in sessions:

  • Parallel Universe / Horror Realms

  • Gambling
